Bring Your Own blanket, chair, food, and drink for this unique opportunity to get up close and personal with celebrated musicians in a laid-back outdoor setting. This concert (great for all ages) is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the vacation season. 6:30pm.
 

Seafarers Weekend at Historic Cold Spring Village | August 27 & 28 

Come young and old, salty and bold to hear of the thrilling tale of THE DEATH OF BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE! Prepare to laugh, gasp, and gape in amazement as BULLY BILLY tells tales of the Sea! Performances by Shades of Our Past. 

 

Tomato Festival | West Cape May Farmer’s Market | September 3 

The West Cape May Tomato Festival is back by popular demand. Celebrate the State of New Jersey’s well-known fruit and the end of the summer season at this tomato-themed festival! Festivities begin at 9:00am and continue until 4:00pm. Proceeds from this event benefit the West Cape May Shade Tree Commission in its endeavor to protect and improve the tree canopy of West Cape May. Borough’s Backyard Park, 732 Broadway in West Cape May (behind the Fire House).
 

Harvest Brew Fest | Emlen Physick Estate | September 17 

Come and celebrate Cape May during this all-day festival dedicated to Southern New Jersey. Enjoy the creations of local food vendors, artisans, and brewers, plus live music. This event is free to attend but food, beer, and crafts are priced accordingly. 

 

Cape May Oktoberfest | Carpenter Lane | September 24 

Each year the Cape May Chamber of Commerce hosts a very special Oktoberfest event where historic Jackson Street is transformed into an old-fashioned German promenade complete with food, beer, and music. 2nd Annual Bikes & Beers Event | Cape May Brewing Company | September 24

Join in on the 2nd annual Bikes & Beers Cape May event brought to you by Cape May Brewing Company. The course includes a 15, 30, and 45-mile ride departing from Cape May Brewery and traveling through scenic Cape May. All rides include morning fuel stations, fully marked routes, GPS turn-by-turn instruction, rest stops, refreshments, ride marshals, and SAG support. Best of all? Finish at the brewery for craft beers, live music, a charity raffle, and much more. All riding levels welcome. 

 

Exit Zero Jazz Festival | Exit Zero Ferry Park | September 30 through October 2 

A celebrated Cape May tradition, the Exit Zero Jazz Festival is the East Coast’s premier jazz festival, now in its 20th year. Presented by the Worldwide Logistics Group, Exit Zero Jazz presents international touring artists performing on 2 outdoor stages on the beautiful grounds of Exit Zero Ferry Park overlooking the Delaware Bay.
