Harry’s Cape May Restaurant Reservations Update
First, and most importantly, we want to thank everyone who visited Harry’s this season. We didn’t know what to expect as we launched into the great unknown of 2020, and we are overwhelmed by your love and support! We’re so grateful for your positive feedback and are blown away by the efforts of our guests and staff to create a safe, comfortable, and fun dining experience for all. A special thanks to everyone who endured long wait times and other bumps in the road as we adjusted to this new normal. We remain dedicated to offering the same great Cape May food, cocktails, and service you know and love. That’s why we’re providing this Cape May restaurant reservations update.
Each day we learn more about which policies and procedures work best. Since our phone system is not equipped to handle the high volume of calls we receive (and for which we are extremely grateful!!), we cannot accept reservations at this time. We know it’s frustrating when you can’t reach us by phone. We’re working hard to accommodate the changes the pandemic necessitates and will accept reservations again once we’re able to implement a more efficient system, either via phone or an online reservation platform (we’ll keep you posted).
Moving forward, we offer walk-up seating in every outdoor dining area (the downstairs patio, the downstairs bar, the rooftop deck, and the rooftop bar). If seating is not available when you arrive, we’re happy to take your name and call you as soon as a table is free. We are, however, honoring all existing reservations. If you made a reservation previously, and we confirmed it, you are good to go! If you’ve left us a voicemail and didn’t hear back, we’ll reach out as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you so much for your understanding! We are figuring things out as we go, and we’re all in this together. We love you, we appreciate you, and we thank you endlessly for your support this season and always.
Don’t forget about Harry’s specials.
