Calliope Rose – A Mythological Lighthouse Comedy
Join the SPQR Stage Company for Calliope Rose, a comedy that takes place in the mythological Beacon Light Lighthouse. Calliope Rose mixes a dose of Greek Mythology with palace intrigue and the decline of our civilization. It’s the Iliad on laughing gas. It’s the Odyssey on acid. It’s Spartacus on crack. Yes, it’s a comedy.

Art of Dr. Seuss – 20th Anniversary Celebration Exhibit
Ocean Galleries is excited to share select pieces from The Art of Dr. Seuss Collection. Here, you can explore and acquire works from Dr. Seuss’s best-known children’s books, as well as The Secret Art of Dr. Seuss, a mind-expanding collection.
You can also learn about the collection during special receptions with the show curator and noted Dr. Seuss expert, Jeff Schuffman. These receptions will take place on Friday, July 20 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday, July 21 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Classic Car Show at Historic Cold Spring Village
At the Classic Car Show at Historic Cold Spring Village, cars will be on display Saturday and Sunday beginning at 10am. You won’t want to miss these beautifully restored and preserved vehicles. From muscle cars to light trucks, this classic car show has it all. On Saturday, Jersey Cape Auto Club members will show off their antique vehicles, while hotrods and other classics will be presented on Sunday.
History lovers – the Village’s historic buildings will be open during regular museum hours complete with period interpreters teaching guests about the crafts, trades and lifestyles of early Americans. Double win!
