4th of July Events in Cape May
Live Music at Harry’s Ocean Bar & Grille – Thursday, July 4th
Join us this 4th for live music, great ocean views, and a rockin’ good time. Harry’s features live music every night all summer long, but this 4th we’re presenting a special performance by the E-Street Shuffle, the world’s greatest Bruce Springsteen tribute band. Don’t miss it!
Cape May Fireworks Extravaganza – Thursday, July 4th
Every year, Cape May’s Fireworks Extravaganza takes place at Congress Beach on July 4th. The show begins at 9:00 pm and features an hour of spectacular fireworks. Most agree this is the best fireworks display in town. Join us for dinner or drinks and then head over to the beach to enjoy show!
Lower Township Fireworks – Wednesday, July 3
For those who are bay-side, try the Lower Township Fireworks on July 3rd. Lower Township Fireworks are held post live music, entertainment, delicious food, and children’s amusement rides along the bayfront in North Cape May.
Festivities begin at 5pm between Lincoln Boulevard and Emerson Avenue. Amusement rides are on Washington Boulevard and Franklin Avenue. Fireworks begin at around 9pm.
Independence Day Parade – Saturday, July 6th
Another must-not-miss 4th of July event, Cape May’s Independence Day Parade is scheduled for Saturday, July 6th at 1pm. The parade takes place along Beach Avenue and features vintage cars, festive floats and live performances by local musicians.
