Junior Clamshell Pitching Tournament at Beach access at Windsor Ave
Where: Beach Access at Windsor Ave
Details: As summer comes to a close, sign up for a fun Cape May tradition – the Rick Reinhart Junior Clamshell Pitching Tournament. This contest is the longest-running of its kind in the region. To participate, each player must toss a clamshell and attempt to sink it in a small hole. Clamshells are provided but kids are welcome to bring their own lucky shells. Trophies will be handed out for all winners and runners-up in singles and doubles competition.

Nate is a true beach lover who bring summer vibes (and his guitar) with him wherever he goes. Weather it’s in Cape May in the Summer or Hawaii in the winter, Nate is always up for a show. His musical tastes reflect his lifestyle. He loves favorites such as Sublime, Bob Marley, Jack Johnson, and more.

The Tomato Festival in the Wilbraham Park
Where: Wilbraham Park
This fun summertime festival celebrates New Jersey tomatoes and the end of the ‘high’ season in Cape May. Festivities begin at 9am and last all day. Proceeds benefit the WCM Shade Tree Commission and their efforts to protect and improve the tree canopy in Cape May.
Rich Baker
Where: Harry’s Ocean Bar & Grille
Rich draws his tastes and influences from the music of the ‘90s and ‘00s, pulling from the classic and alternative rock, hip-hop, rap, pop, folk, and reggae genres. He is a self-taught musician who played his first show in 2007. He’s been preforming regularly ever since. Rich’s main influences are The Beatles, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Jimi Hendrix, Queen, Clapton and more. He performs mainly in Philadelphia and South Jersey in the fall, winter, and spring. In the summer, he’s here on the South Jersey Shore.

This orchestral folk duo combines lyrical guitar, dreamy violin and cello, with memorizing vocal harmonies. Drawing their influence from the salt waters surrounding Cape May, the Clavicles bring you musical storyscapes with local ocean vibes.
